本公司代理國際知名廠商之錫球，主要應用於BGA封裝。主要客戶為封裝廠，國內封裝大廠如-日月光、矽品等均有使用。
除封裝廠外本公司亦將其產品推展至國內三大主機板廠、SMT廠、連接器廠均有。
近年來無鉛專利是最重要之議題，美、日廠商投入無鉛錫材研發多年，申請專利者眾多，尤其未來幾年更是專利及主流成分競爭最激烈之時。據資料顯示，自2006年5月份起，各國將開始強力取締使用無專利授權之無鉛錫球，國內封裝大廠-日月光、矽品等公司現也開始訂定規格及索取相關授權資料，以免侵權導致訴訟賠償等問題。
在無鉛專利部分擁有多家專利授權（請參考專利授權表），尤其是2005年2月取得日本Senju之授權，是國內至今唯一獲得其授權之廠商。
本公司所提供之錫球一般尺寸為0.300mm~0.760mm，其它尺寸請提早下單。

The solder sphere usage of Tin-lead Sn63/Pb37 and Lead free Tin-Silver-Copper alloy composition is popular in soldering application, which alloy we have applied authorized patent licensing from Japan and USA countries.
Besides the general diameter of solder ball from 0.760mm to 0.100mm, we also can offer 0.08mm fine ball to meet all customers’ specified inquiry.
